In my opinion only veganism and to tell the truth only the raw veganism with exclusion of meat, fish, milk, grains eating only organic fruits (these are only proper food for human beings because eating them we do not disturb plant (bush or tree) where it comes from) on and vegetables. I feeling myself better than I have been 20 and my blood results are such, too. I train ever7y day bodybuilding and yoga that saved my life. I am interested in You ever have tried eating without meat and milk? I am intersted in music (from pop to contemporary music), history, politics, arts: paintings, sculpture. I know German, which I have been learning daily for 55 years and English ( I have been leasrning it for 39 years) expoerting and importing technical products, paintings, real estates, music CDs etc. and traeveloling to Germany, Seweden, England. Bulgaria, Indien. and Moscow. Mostly I am intersted in health therefor I am a raw food vegan and train every day bodybuilding and prasctice yoga that saved my life and gives happiness.
